All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Every order is fully tracked from the moment it leaves us to when it arrives at your door, in plain discreet packaging.

Dispatch

Order before 12:00 PM and your order will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is £4.49 on all orders. Orders totalling £100 or more qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Where We Deliver

We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom and its territories, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and British Overseas Territories.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Stuck or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has shown no movement for 5 consecutive days — whether stuck on "Ready to Deliver" or "Waiting for sender to dispatch item" — contact us and we will send a full replacement completely free of charge. No hassle, no back and forth.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure your order is correct before completing checkout. If there is an issue caused by us, we will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
